When you submit a quote request or contact form on our website, we collect:

- Full name - Phone number (including WhatsApp number) - Project details and message content - Service type and area or location of interest - Optional details you choose to give, such as budget range, timeline and preferred contact method (WhatsApp, call or email)

If you message or call us directly on WhatsApp or phone, we receive the details you share in that conversation, including your phone number.

We also record where your enquiry came from (for example the page you submitted it on and the referring site or campaign), and collect non-personal technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited through Google Analytics and similar standard tools.

2. Purpose of Collection

Your personal data is collected and used solely for the following purposes:

- To contact you in response to your quote, enquiry, or service request - To prepare and deliver a quotation for construction or renovation services - To follow up on your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp, or email - To understand which pages and services are useful, so we can improve the website - To detect spam and abuse of our forms

We do not use your data for marketing campaigns, newsletters, or unsolicited promotional messages unless you explicitly consent.

3. Providing Your Data

Giving us your personal data is voluntary. However, our contact form needs at least your name and phone number, and without them we cannot reply to your enquiry or prepare a quotation. You may contact us by phone or WhatsApp instead of using the form.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by Malaysian law. Lead enquiries are typically retained for up to 24 months for follow-up and record-keeping purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We forward lead enquiries to our lead management system (Leadlyze CRM) for the purpose of contacting you regarding your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

We may share data only with:

- Our contractor team responsible for responding to your enquiry - Service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as CRM, email delivery, hosting, spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and analytics (Google Analytics), bound by their own terms or confidentiality - Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by Malaysian law

If you contact us through WhatsApp, the conversation is also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

6. Transfers Outside Malaysia

Some of the service providers above may store or process data on servers outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we transfer only the data needed for the service and use providers that apply security measures to protect it.
