The content of this Site does not constitute a binding contract for construction services. Any actual construction or renovation engagement requires a separate, signed agreement between the client and the contractor.

2. No Warranty on Contractor Work

The Site provides general information about services. We make no warranty — express or implied — through this Site regarding the workmanship, materials, quality, cost, timeline, or outcome of any construction or renovation project.

All warranties, guarantees, scopes of work, payment terms, and liabilities for actual construction work are governed exclusively by the separate written contract signed between the client and the contractor before work begins.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we make reasonable efforts to keep information on this Site accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all content (including pricing references, area information, or service descriptions) is complete, accurate, or current. Visitors should treat published indicative prices as estimates only — final pricing is confirmed in the signed contract.

4. Quotations and Site Visits

A quotation depends on the actual site, so we arrange a site visit before pricing a project. Any figure given in a chat, a call or on this Site before that visit is an estimate only and may change once the site and the full scope of work are confirmed.

A quotation sets out the scope of work, materials and prices in writing. It does not bind either side to proceed. Work begins only after a written contract is signed by both parties, and the quotation's own validity period (if stated) applies.

5. Your Enquiries and Our Replies

When you submit a form or message us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry. We aim to reply as soon as we can during operating hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM), but we do not guarantee a response time.
